With lifetime fraternal ties to the Croatian Fraternal Union of America, Sister Luketich-Sikaras is proud to serve the Society as National Secretary/Treasurer. She is the first woman elected to hold national office on the CFU Executive Board. She is a four-term National Officer, having served as President and as a Member of the National Board of Trustees and as National Second Vice President.

Sister Luketich-Sikaras currently serves as President of the United CFU Lodges of Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland Counties; Vice President of the CFU Scholarship Foundation, Inc.; Board Member of the Angel’s Fund; Board Member of the Croatian American Cultural and Economic Association; and Delegate to the National Federation of Croatian Americans. She also serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Greater Pittsburgh Cultural Center.

She also serves as Recording Secretary of St. George CFU Lodge 354 of Cokeburg, PA and as an Assistant Director of the St. George Junior and Adult Tamburitzans of Cokeburg.

Sister Luketich-Sikaras has been actively involved in the Croatian Fraternal Union since childhood. She has contributed to the success of countless CFU events, has been an active proponent of Croatian cultural and humanitarian programs, is a long-term volunteer recruiter and has traveled extensively representing the Society as a guest speaker at various gatherings.

In 1997, Sister Luketich-Sikaras was selected by the Junior Cultural Federation of CFU as Guest Conductor at the 31st CFU Junior Tamburitza Festival held in Zagreb, Croatia. She was also honored with the other members of the St. George Tamburitza Combo of Cokeburg, PA as Fraternalist of the Year of the United CFU Lodges of Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland Counties in 2014.

Sister Luketich-Sikaras holds a Master of Arts in Industrial Relations from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI and received her Bachelor of Arts, majoring in economics and psychology, from Washington & Jefferson College in Washington, PA. Previous to her election as CFU National Secretary/Treasurer, Sister Luketich-Sikaras had a distinguished 33-year career in Human Resources Management and holds a lifetime certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
